My name is Jeremie Gurvan, a creative enthusiast with a profound passion for interplaying light, textures, and depth to create captivating imagery, ambiance and memories. My diverse portfolio spans photography, video production, light technician, vjing/projectionist, graphic designer, technical drafting, tattoo artistry, and laser engraving. My official journey as an Artisan of Light started in Montreal in 2008 as a freelance photo-journalist, but my passion for light, decors and moods started much earlier !
I started by taking pictures of bands at shows, soon enough my weekend were booked with local bands and shows, I then decided to stop woodworking for a while to focus on that photography things and see if I could book my weeks as well… and sure did !
This lead me to collaborate with legends like le Taz Skatepark, the largest Canadian Paintball Mirabel, Sugar Nightclub, Mssi Mt-Avila, DC Shoes, Pepsi and even Greenpeace… and then as I moved West across the country, I worked with amazing companies such as Big White Ski Resort, Shambhala Music Festival, Savoy Hotel, Bloom Nightclub, AFKO, Samurai Flooring, Capitol Theater and many more !
All of whom I am grateful to have allowed me this creative & technically fun career.

Nothing like getting shot at to have my Eagle eyes even sharper and get me in the Zone ! From Paintball war scenes to freezing cold Snowboarding shots, rolling in the dirt, getting straight into the Danger Zone to get those key moments is so rewarding !
